iCan is different because we are an evidence-based programme which has a scientific journal that proves that our 5-week programme actually works.

We have linked up with University Centre Shrewsbury and have produced an peer-reviewed journal which shows that our participants increase their strength, reduce inactivity and increase their mood whilst they are with us.
